Description
Awol is a 52-year-old father of 14 children. He owns a 2.5Ha coffee farm in Kedemsa Kebele, Gomma woreda, Jimma Zone, Oromia region. Awol was raised on a coffee farm because his father and grandfather were coffee farmers, and he followed in their footsteps. He grows 74110 coffee variety processed into natural coffee. Awol participated in COE last year but didn’t make it to the top 40. Describing how he feels about being in the top 40 this year, he said, “I am overjoyed, and I wish to advance in the coffee industry while providing for my children,”
