It is located 14 km from the municipality of San Rafael del Norte,
with an average height of 1200 meters above sea level,
it has 40% forest, providing a very pleasant climate.
For 8 years I have dedicated myself to the cultivation and management of coffee, accumulating through my studies and my work practice a lot of experience in each of the coffee processes. I have dedicated myself to the cultivation of coffee as the only and most important item, after having learned coffee growing since my childhood, with the support and affection of my family. The coffee varieties that are grown on the farm come from other neighboring farms and with good agricultural practices. The aspects that are applied in my coffee farm to preserve quality are:
Agronomic management
Qualified labor for the cutting and processing of coffee.
Permanent cleaning of baskets, bags, machinery, washing and others.
Floating of grape coffee.
Regulation of pulping machines.
Adequate fermentation time.
