Description
Nancy started in coffee production 15 years ago, several years later her curiosity to improve the quality of her coffees allowed her to begin the specialty coffee production path. In 2004 she occupied the first place in a regional contest that gave her the opportunity to start positioning her farm and today grows different varieties such as Wush Wush, Gesha and Castillo.
Nancy was very curious about the added value that Cup of Excellence brings to producers and this is how she decided to participate which surprisingly gave her the 3rd place. She says that what allowed her to get such a great profile with this natural processed Castillo was the nice weather for drying the coffees properly.
She expects to keep finding great clients and positioning the amazing coffees she produces at El Zafiro coffee farm.
