Description

Gildardo is a second generation coffee grower who participates in a contest for the first time. He started producing specialty coffees 6 years ago and today he grows Gesha, Pink Bourbon and Caturra.
The coffee submitted to the Cup of Excellence contest had 40 hours fermentation then sun dried for 25 days. Gildardo desires to keep validating and improving the profiles of his farm based on the market needs and as a way to motivate his children to be involved with the project.
