He grows Bourbon Chiroso and Caturra Chiroso, two special varieties that require a lot of care as he explains, nevertheless, he has been working with these for more than 10 years participating in different regional and national contests getting great results.
Jose Arcadio has implemented for a very long time a 8 days fermentation process under water that has always brought a special profile that keeps positioning the Chiroso as a unique variety in the market.
