Description
Finca La Torre is owned by Manuel Antonio Barrantes Zúñiga, winner of COE first place in 2015 with one of his other farms Leoncio. He has 3 daughters and his wife and he started Cafetalera Herbazú 20 years ago, one of the first micro mills of the country. He is also 3rd generation of producers and all his family produces coffee and some of his sisters and brothers process their coffees on his micro-mill.
La Torre has 3 hectares and 1 hectare has San Roque variety, which he process as a natural for this specific lot.
