Matapalo - Nicaragua 2022 National Winner

Santos is a small coffee farmer organized in a cooperative of coffee growers "Laureno Flores" who for 20 years has been dedicated to the production of coffee, being this the main livelihood and pillar for the economy of his family.
He works with the commitment and environmental responsibility required for the good management of his farm, complying with Coffee Practice and Fair Trade certification standards. This allows him to bet on the quality of his production and obtain good results in his coffee.
The management of the farm is under native shade and with special care during harvest and post harvest, allowing us to give back to the plant the goodness that it provides us with its fruits.
