Description
Currently, at the "Ayapirayoc" farm, I am producing Bourbon variety coffee. Previously, I only produced Geisha variety. This year, I am implementing the Red Geisha variety as well. The coffee production system on the farm is traditional, with post-harvest processes (washed processing). I am a second-generation coffee grower, having started coffee production in 1995. Today, the farm focuses on producing specialty coffee with controlled post-harvest processes, supported by specialized advice from coffee professionals.
