NW - La Lucuma - Perú 2023

I am Grimanes Morales Lizana, I started on the farm and I am the third generation that produces coffee. Since I was a child I have been dedicated to the manufacture of coffee farms, since then I have dedicated myself to coffee production.

In recent years I realized that they gave more added value to coffee and currently I have been participating in this competition, achieving first place in the Cup of Excellence in 2019, and since then I have dedicated myself more to coffee production, since that through this experience, opens many markets.

I am an Adventist mother of 4 children and coffee is the nicest thing that has ever happened to me.

My production began in 2011 where we planted varieties of Catimor coffee among another variety that we did not give importance to, but the days went by and a disease attacked the Catimor coffee and we were surprised that that variety was not attacked, so we decided to plant that variety. The years passed and we started producing more coffee in 2016; My husband Marcelino Chinguel decided to take it to the city of Jaén to taste it and it gave very good results, so we decided to plant even more of that variety, now we have approximately 5 hectares of coffee in production.
