Description
I come from a coffee producing family, which has a lot of history, since I was a child my parents taught me everything related to it, inheriting all the knowledge and talent that would later make me become a coffee grower as well.
On November 15, 1988, I bought my own land with the ejidatario of the area, since then I have worked with great dedication and perseverance the farm, within it I have coffee plants of different varieties such as: bourbon, catimor, marsellesa and Aztec gold. The natural shade is given by chalum trees.
Through the years I have acquired experience in micro lots, also within my most important methods to offer a specialty coffee, is to conserve the soil with organic composts, then in the process of harvesting we pick ripe cherries and separate the ripe cherries from the green ones and then from the vains beans.
Within the farm I have also cultivated marago plants that, thanks to the care and constancy of the land, I have been able to obtain the best possible yield, having as an objective a quality coffee cultivation. I participated in COE Mexico 2022 for the first time, achieving National winner category, with a score of 87.13.
