Description
This year marks the eighth anniversary since returning to coffee cultivation. Frequently questioned by those I meet is: 'What motivated you to embark on coffee farming?'
The candid response stems from my experience managing a coffee shop that was teetering on the brink of bankruptcy. Yes, you heard correctly. During that period, I exerted considerable effort to ensure the survival of my coffee shop
Subsequently, a pivotal moment occurred when a college friend, whom we affectionately call 'Benz' or 'Car', suggested:
'Don't you cultivate coffee at your residence? Why not utilize your own coffee?'
This inquiry marked the inception of our venture into the realm of coffee.
The coffee plantation managed by our mother has cultivated coffee for more than three decades. It comprises traditional coffee varieties cultivated under the shelter of large trees. Our intention is to revive and collaborate with our family in the coffee-making process, shifting our focus from quantity to a distinguished line of coffee that prioritizes quality. We are progressively studying and innovating upon our existing practices to continually enhance our product.
