Description
Pu’u Coffee Manor is located along a small path beside the Er Yanping Trail and can be described as a hidden coffee garden. In 2021, the estate obtained its production and sales history certification, and in 2022, it was awarded the 5-star estate of Chiayi County’s quality coffee estates. Talking about the coffee trees grown on their own farm, the farmers can’t hide their smiles. Pu’u is a member of the Tsou indigenous tribe from the Alishan community, her tribal name means “lively and agile daughter.” Using her name for the coffee estate signifies the hope that the coffee garden will be healthy and vibrant. Each lot of coffee beans is carefully selected and processed, resulting in a rich, sweet, fruity flavor. It’s coffee that makes one want to dance.
