The region is a renowned producer of specialty coffees, which encouraged Jeffson to seek knowledge to continuously improve. He has participated several times in the Cup of Excellence and placed as high as 15th.
This lot is a Red Catucaí 144, which was picked selectively by hand and taken to a covered patio, where it was carefully dried and then stored in appropriate packaging.
Jeffson has strived to bring a coffee with palate-pleasing flavors to the consumer’s table.
