Description
Save Omkoi Forest & Traditional Coffee (SOFT Coffee) is established from the pride of Amphoe Omkoi local product and eagerness to promote it widely to public. Coffee has been grown locally for 30 - 40 years and has become a well-known produce of the district.
We have brought together shade grown coffee from many villages in Amphoe Omkoi, Chiang Mai province. Ripe coffee cherries are being processed in hygiene with good care and dried in low temperature in a desiccator room, and being handpicked for coffee defects to offer the finest quality of coffee beans.
Coffee samples are submitted to competition every year and won following national awards.

• 8th place in Wash process, TCE 2021
• 7th in Honey process TCE 2021
• 25th in Best of Thailand 2022
