The farm has this name because it is a large stone, so it was decided to name it that way.
The farm was cultivated in 2004 on the initiative of José María Lemus, my father.
It started cultivating the Pacamara and Pacas variety and after two years the production started and so, over time, two more varieties of coffee were grown, which are the Borbom and until five years ago, the Geisha was planted, now having four coffee varieties. In the beginning, the process of depulping and washing the coffee was done by hand, but thanks to the good production and the acceptance of the product by consumers, this process has been improved and facilitated through the use of its own machinery.
