The Buenos Aires farm is part of a family coffee business since 1960 that was started by Mr. Luis Emilio Valladárez and that today continues with his sons focused on the production of specialty coffee. It is located in the community that bears the same name in the Dipilto municipality, Nueva Segovia department, Nicaragua. Composed of an area of ​​75mz of which 70 are planted with coffee, finding varieties such as Maracaturra, Maragogype - which represents us in this contest - Java, VillaSarshí and Caturra. At an altitude between 1200 to 1450 meters above sea level.
