The harvest season is during February. 4 fertilizations are carried out per year with their respective soil analysis to satisfy the needs of the plant, batch by batch is processed in the micro-mill and its respective traceability is carried from the moment the coffee is received until the moment it is delivered to the winery of the exporter.
