This lot is a Geisha variety process white honey. The coffee is processed the day after its harvest, later it is pre-dried in the beds for 2-3 days, then it is passed to patios, until it is finished drying and stored in a specific place in cellar. The farm has 6 ha and is locates at 1950 m.a.s.l. The harvest season is during February. 4 fertilizations are carried out per year with their respective soil analysis to satisfy the needs of the plant, batch by batch is processed in the micro-mill and its respective traceability is carried from the moment the coffee is received until the moment it is delivered to the winery of the exporter. Plantings with different varieties have been carried out and work is carried out according to the needs of each batch and each variety.
