Description
From the town of Ohuapan, 1,400 meters above sea level, in the municipality of Tlaltetela, Veracruz, you will find the "Rancho El Separo" estate. This name was given by "nonno" Senén Sampieri to this stretch of land where the finest quality coffee beans grow. Mr. Zenén Sampieri continued to work the coffee and the plants on this estate, until it passed into the hands of the third generation, who now care for each coffee plant with a great sense of responsibility to improve every aspect of the estate, just as their grandfather and father did. The Rancho El Separo project presents an opportunity to elevate the cherry coffee from our estate to the distinction of "specialty coffee". The deep love for the land and its cultivation guided the family towards a different path, one that brings them closer to the heart of the final consumer. By processing their coffee plantation with artisanal care, they become more aware of the environment that surrounds them and the needs of those who work alongside them.
