Description
Mitiku Kawiso Nuna, a coffee producer from East Sidama
Bona Woreda, learned traditional coffee farming from his
father. “I was raised on a farm, so whatever I’ve learned as a
young man came from my family,” Mitiku said.
In the 2024 Cup of Excellence Ethiopia competition, Mitiku’s
coffee stood out, securing 6th place with a score of 89.33
points.
“I am very happy. I feel I am being rewarded for my efforts,”
Mitiku expressed upon learning he was one of the
competition’s top winners.
