1 - El Mirador - Perù 2024

The farm "El Mirador" was established in 2021. The coffee seeds were obtained from an organic farm whose producer is also a member of the cooperative "Sol & Café." As a producer, I chose to plant the Geisha variety because of its high value in physical yield and, most importantly, in cup quality; in addition to its better valuations in specialty markets. Now I realize that I was not mistaken, as my plot “El Mirador” is delivering the expected results and allows me to participate in important events such as the Cup of Excellence, which will further enhance the value of my product
