After graduating as an agricultural technician in 2011, I was able to fulfill my biggest dream — planting my first coffee trees. Passionate about this world, my greatest joy came with my first harvest, when I began exploring new processes and new paths in search of the perfect aroma, character, and flavor. Year after year, it’s clear how our coffees have evolved; always striving for excellence and refinement, we can now identify a diversity of flavors that truly leave a mark on our lives. My happiest moments are when I’m on the farm, living each stage of this spectacular beverage up close. Every day, I keep pursuing perfection in every flavor, and I feel that together with my team, we’re doing really well on this journey.
