Description
My coffee farm was installed harmoniously with the environment in 2019, taking care of soil erosion by doing reforestation in the coffee production area with pacay, Pisonay, Ticonamani pine, Lambras and among trees from the same área. The implementation and planting of my coffee is with a layout of three bolillos (like triangle) with a distance of 2mx1.90m from plant to plant and the path is 2.25m at a time. The name of the plot is related to the sun that shines every morning at the beginning of the day (Sol Naciente A).
The beginning of the production of my coffee plantation (EL PROGRESO D) was in 2021 with the support of the technicians and advisors of my cooperative. I know that the quality of my coffee stands out with a unique profile in the cup. At the same time, the work and effort in growing coffee as a selective harvest and the process of pulping, washing, drying and storing is done with enough care to obtain expected results and participate in district, regional, national and international competitions.
