Description
My name is Anastacio Mamani Chambi, owner of the plot called “Alto San José” which is located in the San José sector, Alto Inambari district, Sandia province, department of Puno. I have been driving and working in coffee for 18 years until now; I started cultivating in 2005 and it has been 18 years now.
The varieties I grow are: Geisha, bourbon, typica and yellow caturra. The land area is three hectares, with a processing plant for wash, pallets for drying, and a selective well-controlled harvest.
