13 - Brisas Del Mogoton - Nicaragua 2025

Brisas del Mogotón is a family farm located in the comarca La Unión, municipality of San Fernando, department of Nueva Segovia, Nicaragua. It is managed by the Jiménez family. The farm is located 1,500 meters above sea level, with a total area of 210 hectares, of which 30 hectares are cultivated with coffee and the remaining hectares are destined to the preservation and conservation of different animal and plant species, as part of our commitment to sustainability and care of the environment.

The farm was acquired by my grandfather, Mauricio Antonio Jiménez López, in 1996. A decade later, in 2006, it was inherited by the Jiménez Rodríguez family, and I am currently the third generation to continue with this coffee growing tradition.

It is important to mention that it is important to highlight the hard work and effort that our family puts into each stage of the process, from the care of the coffee plantation to the preparation of special micro-lots. This commitment led us to obtain the 13th place in the Cup of Excellence Nicaragua contest, with a lot presented in my name, Mauricio Antonio Jiménez Ferrufino. This recognition reflects the dedication, perseverance and passion we put into each bean.
