Finca Santa Juana is part of the Apaneca Ilamatepec mountain range.
It has belonged to the Pacas Family since 1927.

It is cultivated with the Bourbon and Bernardina varieties, under shade. Using Ingas and mountain trees to create the ideal temperature and microclimate for this crop.

It produces spectacular and unique coffee.

On this farm, our family learned about growing coffee. The farm provides work for 24 families, who through their labors manage to produce this unique coffee.

As social projects, Café Pacas organizes a total wellness program for all the people who work in the company. This program is aimed at contributing to the socio-emotional well-being of our employees. Different workshops are offered in which people can learn mechanisms to raise their self-esteem, conflict resolution, addictions, etc. Additionally, they are provided with a clinical psychology that supports them in cases that require specific therapies.

Every year, Café Pacas carries out a visual health campaign in which it helps people who have vision problems.
