The aliso chorro blanco farm, was installed in 2015 with 2 hectares, with the varieties of Bourbon and Caturra, as of 2017 began to give them a better handling and care due to the knowledge of producing a special coffee, by which We were implementing with tanks, drying area, warehouses. Since the same year, post-harvest processes were also performed as fermented, washing and drying time with the installation of an under ceiling dryer. All these practices have allowed to produce a quality coffee with the necessary conditions and care that the client requires.
