From a very young age I remember that my parents worked around the cafe, helping other
coffee growers, on weekends we traveled to the Tambo farm where there is a small crop
of coffee, in 2011 we made the decision to have a larger farm, and we bought the
Totoró farm, to which we planted only coffee, when we began to harvest the coffee and
we took to Banexport, they told us that the quality of the coffee in the cup is very good, that's why
we continue to strive every year.
In 2016, when my father participated in the Cauca BestCup, he came in second place selling
coffee up for auction at a very good price.
I see coffee as a great life project, that's why I'm learning to taste it to understand
better cup of my coffee and see how to improve more each year.
