In 2018, a friend introduced me to coffee when I was still working at the office.
In my free time I tried learning and discussing about how the coffee cultivation and nurturing process with other coffee farmers.
Over the time of doing the process and nurturing coffee I found a passion different to when I’m working at the office.
I decided to quit my current job at that time by the end of 2019 and focused on becoming a coffee farmer under one of my relative’s company POEMA03 and thus facilitated with essentials on cultivating my own coffee.
Armed with last year's experience on coffee handling, I braved myself to enter the Cup of Excellence 2021 competition and the results are overflowing with joy and challenge for myself to keep improving the livelihood of those around me, especially coffee farmers. This proves a wonderful potential for coffee farmers including me to put more pride in our profession and strive for the better.
