Description
In 1885, grandfather Feliberto Montalvan with his companions Simón Cruz and family arrived for the first time in La Coipa where they are recognized as the first settlers.
I am Edson Montalvan, fourth generation coffee farmer, and since I was a child I grew up running and playing among coffee plantations.
In 2019 I returned from Lima to help my parents manage the farm with new ideas and agricultural techniques for better crop management.
In 2021 we begin with the first planting of 1 hectare of geisha and 1 hectare of tabi. And so we began to renew our farms. To date we have 6 hectares of coffee.
