Coffee farms initially entered the fray of the public in Aceh because of the increasing population growth in areas like Dimekar which is known now as Bener Meriah. This coffee farm was bought by my grandfather in 1960 and bequeathed to my parents, and lastly to me.
I am the fifth child from 6 siblings and I am currently 46 years old. I have 3 kids. Since childhood we were always taught discipline and responsibility. It was our weekly routine to start the day by going to the farm and picking red cherries, weed and grasses, and replacing old branches from our coffee. Preparing the sowing of quality coffee seeds is one of the routines I still practice until now.
I hope my coffee can fit in the taste and heart of all the buyers at Cup of Excellence Indonesia 2021.
It’s a wonderful joy for me to be able to take part in this event which is the first in Asia history, especially Indonesia.
I hope for Aceh Gayo Arabica coffee to be the best.
