Located at the 29.5 km mark of County Road 169 in the Alishan mountain range, Cpu'u Coffee Estate takes its name from the romanized Tsou word for this land—rich with the ancestral farming heritage of the Tsou indigenous people. Blessed with clear mountain views, abundant water, and fertile soil, the estate enjoys ideal conditions for cultivating exceptional coffee.

Led by Sayungu Akuayana (Chen, Chiu-Ying), the farm focuses exclusively on Arabica varieties, with a commitment to growing only one cultivar per plot to ensure purity and consistency in flavor. Every step—from pruning to soil care—is managed with precision and respect for the land.

Dedicated to continual learning and quality improvement, the Cpu'u team nurtures each coffee tree with the goal of expressing the most authentic flavors of Alishan.
