Located at 1200 meters above sea level, Hie Farm takes its namesake from the word for sunlight in the Aboriginal Zou tongue. Its 2000 coffee plants include SL-34, Typica, Caturra, and Geisha. Owner Wu-Hsiung Pu was a tea farmer, but after he fell in love with specialty coffee, he decided to convert part of his farm into a coffee farm and focus on producing high quality washed and natural coffees.
