This lot is a Geisha variety process white honey. The coffee is processed the day after its harvest, later it is pre-dried in the beds for 2-3 days, then it is passed to patios, until it is finished drying and stored in a specific place in cellar. The farm has 6 ha and is locates at 1950 m.a.s.l. The harvest season is during February. 4 fertilizations are carried out per year with their respective soil analysis to satisfy the needs of the plant, batch by batch is processed in the micro-mill and its respective traceability is carried from the moment the coffee is received until the moment it is delivered to the winery of the exporter.
