I was born in Santa Teresa in Huadquiña, more than 1,600 m.a.s.l, where nature gives us a climate and ideal floors for coffee production, since child woke up taking care of a coffee plant next to my father, assessing his product since it was the Only source of our economic income for the family's sustenance, I was growing seeing how we could improve production by maintaining the quality of coffee, since our coffee in Santa Teresa was cataloged as the best coffee nationally and internationally; For that longing to continue working coffee and following the legacy of my grandfather, along with my parents, as a young man decided to learn more about this reason to travel to the city of Villarica Department of Pasco, since in 2009 Villa Rica, I was considered The place where it occurred in the best coffee in Peru. Also the cultivation was technified, there I learned a lot and today I apply everything I learned in my farm New Alliance, so in 2010 Together with my Father, we decided to improve our production on the farm, we applied what I learned in Villarica is there The adventure of wanting to stand out as a good coffee producer. I did not have the opportunity to achieve a professional career, when I wanted to do it for the hazards of destiny, I did not allow me, but I followed my passion of coffee, in the production of coffee, being self-taught by investigating everything that worried me from coffee contests of specialty, make the most of my stay at Villa Rica to learn, and then later participate at the local level within my district and my province and we started to excel, shortly after they invited me to the event in the city of Lima the Expocafe, where I shared The space with the best producers of coffee in Peru, I felt very proud of those who was getting along with my family, there I committed myself to becoming a champion just like others and be recognized within the world of coffee here in my country .
Return to my farm of those beautiful experiences and I got coffee seeds from Geisha Varieties, Bourbons, I kept them and for this I improve the coffee plantations of the Typica and Caturra varieties of my parents, I did my germination area, take care of them, the Plants, I did adequate management and third and fourth year with the first productions we made a selective harvest and a process of fermentation and drying with care for a special coffee production and obtained a winning lot in the II Edition of Excellence Peru 2018, and I know how the winner achieved my dream, with a lot of work and perseverance thanks to the support of my parents and family, as well as we achieve award for the second time in "V Edition of Excellence Peru 2021", as always next to my family , friends and institutions with their constant support to continue maintaining the quality of our special café production, after that we continue to improve the farm with the installation and reindeer Vando our coffee pots with coffee varieties with good attributes and profiles in cup, which today thanks to the achievements and with my contribution I made the look of the buyers of Peru and the world value the work of the Peruvian coffee producer, coffee Cusco and Santa Teresa, I will continue with this passion until God allows it to me and always leaving a teaching of my children and family, nothing is easy in life Everything is achieved with work, humility and perseverance.
