Description
Located in Alishan of Chiayi County, Royal Bean Geisha Estate specializes in Geisha coffee cultivation. Owner Fu-Sen Tseng utilizes his full-service post-harvest mill to fine-tune his coffee quality. Tseng partners with National Tainan Junior College of Nursing’s Laboratory of Molecular Biology to purify the DNA of his crops, an initiative to which he credits his winning the top three places in this year’s COE Taiwan.
