Histroy Continuing the family's tradition (Fabiano de Carvalho Resende Filho's grandfather was a coffee buyer in the 50s), Fabiano bought the farm in 1987, when there was only one small coffee plantation with 5,000 trees. Over time and with more investments in quality coffee production, the plantation how has 65,000 trees. Mineral water sources, a small waterfall and over 50% of the property covered with the Atlantic Rain Forest and not touched by men complete the farm's landscape, located in a region known for its natural wealth and its waterfalls, sanctuary of Brazilian plants and wild animals.

Coffee processing system

Coffee is picked selectively (only the cherry beans), and transferred to be pulped, demucilaged and dried on a covered terrace (hot house), suspended terrace and dryer.
