Overview

He was born in April of 1967, he is from a traditional coffee family, his parents and grandparents worked for coffee without rest, his infancy was between coffee trees playing and working. Since he got his own land he follows the recommendations of the National Federation of Coffee Growers through the advice of the technicians and agronomist, he has participated in trainings and meetings; recently he was in the municipality of Libano – Tolima in the experimental farm that they have there in an important course about coffee quality. The coffee in his farm is renovated every year, that way he has more production and generates more employees for the people in the village. In 2005 he join the Association of Specialty Coffees in his village “ASOCEAS” with the goal of get more profit, the environmental sustainability and off course the better life for his family. FERTILIZATION:

Applications twice a year, two months before the harvest; when the rainy season is about to start. The fertilization is chemical like this: Application of 80 grams per tree and 20 grams of agrimins, following the soil analysis.
