Description
Overview
I bought the farm 7 years ago and one the reasons why we produce coffee is that the area has all the best conditions for this coffee production. My grandparents were part of a small family of coffee farmers. Ive worked in coffee as well as my children now. The farm is 1253 meters above sea level and this gives us the opportunity to obtain clean water free of contaminants, a good selection of red beans, cleaning and hygiene in wet mill and we send the coffee to the collection center immediately for the dry milling. I feel Inspired and wishing to continue to improve the quality and handling of coffee, as well as improving the wet milling practices.
