Description

Coffee processing system The coffee harvest is done when about 80% of the beans are mature. The beans after being harvested, went under a humidity process to obtain the semi washed coffee, which has it’s drying process starting on brick yard and done on a drying machine with an temperature around 35º C and 40º C.

Commitment to quality

The primary care was observe the right moment of harvest the coffee and transport it as soon as possible to the place where it should be processed without risks it’s quality. It was a big investment covering the yards with greenhouses, which is able to maintain the coffee spreaded until make it dry. All this procedure was supervised by an agronomist from this family.
