Daniel comes from a coffee family, which has been involved for over 30 years to the cultivation and export of Salvadoran coffee. The passion for the coffee makes him take one of the most important decisions of his life, buying Opal Farm where he has found a magical place that has more than coffee a incredible flora and fauna. The weather in this farm is always very pleasant and unique. He found also that all the people around are very happy since they have opened many work places sustainable with golden grain. The winning lot is located on the highest part of Daniel farm and was selected due to the properties of this board in which varieties are pure, Daniel know of the potential of this lot, so he dedicate good part of the crop to supervise the piquing of this particularly lot. The time was specified when the grain had the dark red cherry color and we were very jealous of the young. On of the reason he buy this farm was because of the potential of it’s varieties that combine with good labor and well picking of the cherries will provide this quality, first year he participated on Cup of excellence and know he know jewel that he both.
