located in the Sul de Minas, in the Serra da Mantiqueira mountain range
region, with an elevation of 900 to 1,250 meters.Coffee
processing systemPulped natural coffee, drying on concrete
patios, rotating dryer (slow drying).Concern about
qualityThe separation of the beans is done by coffee washer
and all the coffee is pulped on the day of harvest. We use concrete
patios, the coffee is raked 12 to 15 times per day in order to avoid
fermentation. In the rotating dryer, the drying is slow and at low
temperatures.
