Farm Licho was inherited from our father Mr. Edgar Aguilera Bonilla. It has been dedicated to the coffee business for 50 years and with the Villa Sarchi variety. During the picking of the cherry we maintain a only 100% ripe coffee policy to obtain the best quality. Is a mechanical semi washed process with desmulcinage and 100% sun dried. Durante del proceso de recoleccion de cafe se mantuvo un estandar de 100% cafe maduro. Licho farm was a 2007 Cup of Excellence winner, getting a Presidential Award with a score of 90.95 points.
