Purchased in 1991, already with a small coffee plantation - we love the climate conditions and for activity here.

Processing System

Crop with a 10% maximum of green, to give a higher volume of ripe cherries - dried in raised beds and mechanical dryers to maintain an ideal temperature during the whole process. Until 2011, the farm was all organic, but because of the lower productivity, we divided the farm and changes to some conventional.  But we are always thinking of the environment and the rules of nature in our process.

Quality Facts

Quality is a big thing to worry about, so we try to increase it every year - while thinking environmentally and socially to preserve our nature, mountains, water, springs and wild animals.
