This coffee washing station is privately owned by Webcor and has the objective to process specialty coffee in order to replace ordinary coffee (unwashed coffee) that was produced in the area before the establishment of this wet mill. It works with 3,639 coffee small farmers.
So far, coffee cherries processed at this station is: 434MT in 2013, 226 MT in 2012, 126 MT in 2011 and 225 MT in 2010.
The perspective of this wet mill is to seek certification as soon as possible.
