Description
History of the farm:
Property bought by my grandfather in 1962, coffee planting began in 1970, being transferred to my mother in 1986 when I began to work o the farm and in 2001 I began to dedicate myself to gourmet coffees, always participating in contests and always winning awards, including from BSCA itself in the pulped natural system. Since 2013, focused on natural coffee processing, due to respect for the environment.
Concern about quality:
As I mentioned above, I have been concerned about quality since 2001, as it was the way I found of supporting myself through this niche market that grows everyday.
