Description

History of the Farm:

Acquired in the year 1984, then without coffee crops, only pastures, and given the climate favorable to cultivation, the interest in planting the first 10,000 trees arose. Due to the satisfactory results obtained, nowadays the farm has approximately 130,000 trees in production phase.

Coffee processing system:

Wet method processing, pulped natural, performing small selective harvests in strategic plots for natural processing, seeking to spread quality through contests. Drying on cement patios and in dryers, maintaining draying standards in order to have good results in terms of quality.

Concern about quality:

Quality is the primary point, however as a consequence, we also have environmental and social responsibility, given that we are located on the border of the Serra do Brigadeira Park, where the fauna and flora are strictly preserved, a place with many springs and waterfalls.
