This wet mill is very well equipped with waste water management system. It has two pulping machinery systems: conventionnal Mac Kinnon and ecological one: Penagos. It has 200 drying tables and obtain coffee cherries from 2 310 small coffee farmerswith 400 coffee trees each. Among these farmers, 1618 are grouped into "Akarusho coffee group members". They are groupend also into 70 training blocs of an average of almost 25 farmers. This Akarusho grop was launched in June 2012 with the certification program and was certified UTZ in 2013. Its missions are:  supporting coffee farmers in seedling installation, training coffee farmers in best agricultural practices, increase productivity and connect farmers to the sustainable Agriculture Network (SAN). Coffee cherry collection, pulping, fermentation, removing sugar, drying,  and storage are done with a monitoring system to ensure traceability and separation in sustainable manner throughout all the chain.
