Description

This wet mill was built in 1991. It is équipped with two pulping machinery system (convential mac kinnon and ecological penagos).  It has alos 200 drying tables and can process 750MT per year. It has 2 072 small coffe farmers with 415 coffee trees on the average. The missions are: supporting coffee farmers in seedling installation, training coffee farmers in best agricultural practices, increase productivity and connect farmers to the sustainable Agriculture Network (SAN). Coffee cherry collection, pulping, fermentation, removing sugar, drying,  and storage are done with a monitoring system to ensure traceability and separation in sustainable manner throughout all the chain.
