Description
The farm is named “El Aguacate” (The Avocados) since their used to be avocados planted in that area that is now planted with coffee.
Because of our effort, dedication and our coffee plantation, this is the first year that our farms have won an award. We treasured the experience of doing our own milling process and after our first experience, we decided to continue doing it and trying to do it better every time.
We wanted to participate in Cup of Excellence in order to introduce our coffee and its quality to the world. Our coffee has very good body, excellent aroma and flavor. Our coffee is grown in the highlands from 1700 to 1900 m.a.s.l.
